BOXBOY! + BOXGIRL! features 3 playable characters. In single-player mode, the player plays as Qbby, featuring the moves and abilities from previous games. In two-player, the first player is Qbby, while the second player is Qucy. There is no actual difference between them, besides Qucy's boxes having a bow on them to keep people from getting confused. After beating either single or two player, a bonus campaign featuring Qudy is unlocked. Because Qudy is taller than the other Boxes, his boxes are rectangular, and he can turn sideways to make horizontal boxes instead of vertical. | BOXBOY! + BOXGIRL! features 3 playable characters.
