The Mystery of the Puzzle Blocks (JP: スッキリ パズルブロック), is the thirteenth world of BOXBOY!. Puzzle Blocks are introduced in this World, which are rows of blocks with star shapes on them that have a few gaps with lasers in-between. Qbby must fill these gaps in using Boxes to make the blocks disappear in a Tetris-like manner. If Qbby tries to enter past the gaps with lasers if they have not been filled in, Qbby will die. It is the first World of the third Stage of the game.
