Qbabies are small box children that initially appear as gameplay elements in BYE-BYE BOXBOY! and later serve as non-playable background characters in BOXBOY! + BOXGIRL!.
Physical Appearance

Qbabies look similar to Qbby, however they are slightly smaller with little gray cheeks. Qbabies also have the back corner of their heads colored, ranging from either red, orange, or blue.[1] The color depends on which planet they are from.
BOXBOY! + BOXGIRL!
Qbabies receive a visual overhaul in this game. Instead of having the back corners of their heads colored, Qbabies now have colored cheeks. Instead of there only being three possible colors, the Qbabies have multiple different possible colors. BYE-BYE BOXBOY!

Unlike in BYE-BYE BOXBOY!, the Qbabies do not show up in levels; instead, they appear in the game's storyline as NPCs, such as Box Baby.
