World 16, also known as Electro-Block Standoff (JP: さわるな危険 ビリビリブロック), is the 16th world of BOXBOY!, and is intended to introduce the player to Electro-Blocks, which are moving platforms that have lasers surrounding them. If Qbby touches the lasers directly, he will die, but he can use boxes to stand on them safely.
It is the final World of the third Stage of the game before The Last World.
