Once control of Qbby is passed to the player, walk to the right, jumping to get onto the first hill. Create one box to get onto the next hill, then attempt to create either an Up Hook or a staircase to get past the final hill. Qbby will inevitably fail, and control of Qbby is passed back to the game, beginning the end cutscene. If the player has not equipped the [[Miracle Boy]] costume combination, the cutscene [[BOXBOY! + BOXGIRL!#First Ending|proceeds as normal]]. If the Miracle Boy costume ''is'' equipped, however, the [[BOXBOY! + BOXGIRL!#Second Ending|secret ending]] is activated.
